Health Champion
As part of the HLP framework, at least one member of the pharmacy team (full time equivalent) is to take on the role as a Health Champion and undertake the required training for this.

Leadership
As part of the quality criteria as outlined by Public Health England (PHE), at least one member of the pharmacy team needs to take on the role as a leader and complete the training.

Please note: there is no mention in the framework to repeat the leadership or heath champions training, as long as you have the staff in post that has completed the relevant training and you can produce evidence of completition of the course. You should also ensure that you replace the post of the health champion or leader if they leave the pharmacy.
