The PSNC has announced the training requirements for pharmacists providing flu vaccinations will be reinstated for the 2021/22 season. This means face to face training for both injection technique and basic life support (including administration of adrenaline) will need to be completed every 3 years.
It is strongly recommend that pharmacists complete refresher training in between the 3 years. An updated Flu Refresher training module for 2021 will be available next month on the Numark Training Library.
