Community pharmacy contractors are required to complete their CPAF screening questionnaires by midnight of the 24th July 2021 for each NHS pharmacy.
The CPAF screening questionnaire is a mandatory requirement that helps demonstrate contractors compliance with their community pharmacy contract.
