The latest Numark Medicines Safety Report is now available for our community pharmacy members to download.
It contains analysis of the patient safety incidents reported by members on the Pharmapod incident reporting platform during the second quarter of 2021.The key safety issues highlighted in this issue are:
- Super strong magnets
- Using Betamethasone soluble tablets as a mouthwash
- Change in advice on using POM Chloramphenicol 0.5%eye drops in children aged 0 to 2 years
