We have now changed how our members can book vaccination training to make it an easier process, with full details provided below.
We will no longer promote vaccination training events via our training calendar.
We are working with ECG Ltd to provide face to face events across the UK to offer comprehensive training to ensure you are fully prepared to offer both the NHS and private flu vaccination services, as well as other vaccination services e.g. travel vaccinations or COVID vaccinations.
Any member of the team can complete vaccination training including pre-registration students.
What does the full vaccination training (COVID-19 update) cover?
This course covers all practical skills required to vaccinate adults, children and infants. The training will cover the following:
- Intramuscular, subcutaneous and intranasal vaccination techniques
- Positioning a child safely for vaccination
- Identification and management of anaphylaxis
- Adrenaline auto-injector and drawing up from an ampoule
- Adult, paediatric and infant basic life support
- Reconstitution of vaccines
- Consultation technique.
Locations
ECG are hosting training sessions all over the UK using external venues and working very closely with the venue partners to source and secure your training. However, if Government guidelines change, ECG may need to contact you about rescheduling your course.
These locations are limited at this point in time; however, more dates and venues will be added.

When do I need to complete my face to face training?
This will be charged to your Numark account once you have attended the training.
